The body is complex and not all products will work the same for everyone, but my experience with this product is nothing short of miraculous. I have suffered from migraines for 20 years. I have used Excedrin Migraine, caffeine pills and prescription medications. All these did was control the pain and mask the symptoms. I still almost always had a dull headache and if I didn’t catch a migraine coming on in time; well, anyone who suffers from migraines knows too well the result.
Last month, while on vacation at a high altitude, I got food poisoning that left me dehydrated. A migraine then came on that was more severe than any I had previously experienced. After this episode, I started researching alternatives to try to solve, rather than mask the problem. I read numerous articles that extolled the virtues of magnesium to resolve the symptoms of migraine headaches. I also read that malate was the best companion to magnesium. Somewhat suspect, I decided to give this product a try. What did I have to lose?
The very next day, I felt better than I had in 20 years. I had no headache whatsoever. To friends who don’t understand how this would feel, I tell them it’s similar to when they have a stuffed-up head from a severe cold or hay fever, and then their head clears. It was amazing! Not even a faint headache. You can’t believe the difference this can make in the quality of one’s life.
I have now taken this product for a month. I have experienced one slight headache, for which I took 1/2 of a caffeine pill. That’s it. Some skeptical friends have remarked that the change may be in my head, perhaps a placebo effect. I could care less what has caused the change. All I care about is that I feel so much better. So if you suffer from migraines or other severe headaches, I recommend you try this product. Like I said, what have you got to lose? Maybe this will work for you, too; maybe not. But your body needs magnesium anyway and this product will have no deleterious effect of which I am aware. What your body doesn’t need is prescription medication, caffeine or acetaminophen.
By the way, I have never written a review for any other product. My results have just been so remarkable that I was compelled to share.

I’m a thirty year old man who has struggled with fibromyalgia and a host of mental problems over the past decade. I recently read that taking magnesium can help with the aches and pains of fibromyalgia and that magnesium malate is the best form of magnesium for this.
This product has made a huge difference in my life. My muscle aches are at least 80% better. Furthermore, I feel better mentally too (apparently magnesium is important in the production of serotonin, the neurotransmitter which makes you happy). Overall I’m very glad I purchased this product.
One note, to achieve the desired outcome I take A LOT of the magnesium malate. The dose recommended on the bottle is 3 pills/day. I take 6. However, even at that dose I don’t suffer any side affects (the most common being diarrhea).
