I bought a bottle of 100 and gave it a try, taking two (vs. 3 recommended on the package!) caps a day. After a month or so, I noticed that my hissing had reduced remarkably. It was still audible, but much lower volume.
When the 100 caps ran out, I didn’t by any more, and now the hissing has returned full-volume.
I’m buying another bottle now.
My husband started taking this after several very bad vertigo attacks over 3 years ago, at the suggestion of a friend. He has not had any vertigo problems since taking this supplement. It is not advertised as a vertigo relief product, but we now know several persons taking it. His doctor was almost no help at all during the attacks and basically said there is no way to prevent vertigo. My husband is very thankful the vertigo has subsided. He will continue to use this product, and we have recommended it to many others. If you are suffering, it is well worth a try.
